Registration with the Pennsylvania Digital Library is limited to Pennsylvania libraries, museums, and cultural heritage institutions that have created sharable metadata using the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH).Currently, PADL is not harvesting metadata from institutions outside the state of Pennsylvania, reguardless of content.
